ASH-IPIG Abstract Achievement Award for Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH)
This annual award in partnership with the International Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) Interest Group (IPIG) shall be granted to up to two trainees who are the first or senior author and presenter of the most meritorious PNH focused abstracts submitted in the fields of Red Cells and Erythropoiesis or Bone Marrow Failure. Trainees include those who fall within one of the following categories: undergraduate student, medical student, graduate student, resident physician, and postdoctoral fellow (MD or PhD).
The International Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) Interest Group (IPIG) is dedicated to enhancing and expanding professional knowledge about paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and related disorders in order to improve patient treatment and care.
The ASH-IPIG Abstract Achievement Award for PNH is announced each year in October. Each awardee receives a $2,000 grant and complimentary registration to the current year’s ASH annual meeting.
How to Apply
To be eligible for this award, your abstract must be submitted in abstract review category 508. Bone Marrow Failure: Acquired and you must apply the “Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria” content tag (located under Diseases/Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes) to your abstract.
