This activity is being planned to offer 13.5 contact hours and will take place on February 22-23, 2025. This activity will not provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit to participants.

To claim a Certificate of Participation, attendees must through ASH Academy on Demand by Friday, May 23, 2025. Instructions can be found below and also in the meeting mobile app:

To Claim Certificate of Participation:

1. Log into the ASH ACADEMY at academy.hematology.org using your ASH username and password. Click the login link in the top right corner of the page.
2. Go to Dashboard and Select “View Course” next to the Course title.
3. Complete the Demographic and Overall Survey.
4. Complete the Session Evaluations.
5. Get Your Certificate.
   
   • a. Select “Get Participation Certificate”
6. Then, Print/Save your Certificate
